At Sterling, flight crews are assigned to specific aircraft types. Normally 2.5 to 3 pilots are assigned to each aircraft to cover flight training, absences, duty day requirements, illnesses, vacations and other contingencies. In addition, back-up crews are available as required, providing our clients access to, essentially, four crew members while only requiring responsibility for 2.5 to 3.
Plus, with Sterling serving as the single point of coordination for scheduling and logistics – including catering, ground transportation and other services – our fully managed aircraft clients experience the advantages of a true turn-key management solution.
