Safety is Sterling Aviation’s highest priority and is never compromised. Our commitment to safety forms the very fabric of our day-to-day operations.

We are ARG/US Gold Rated for safety, as well as audited regularly by FAA inspectors to ensure we meet and exceed all requirements for Part 135 and Part 91 operations.

Our pilots and all other employees are subject to background checks prior to hiring and undergo regular recurrent training and certification. Ongoing drug and alcohol testing is also conducted throughout their employment. All Sterling pilots participate in aircraft-specific, full-motion simulator training at Flight Safety International.

Sterling’s highly experienced maintenance technicians are factory trained. Service is performed at our Part 145 FAA approved repair station in Milwaukee or at a factory approved service center under Sterling supervision.

For each aircraft in our fleet, Sterling develops an Approved Aircraft Inspection Program and a Minimum Equipment List.

We are also experts in regulatory compliance, inspection requirements, service bulletins and airworthiness directives, and maintain up-to-date records for our clients’ aircraft.
