Sterling is able to fully manage or charter manage your aircraft at any location in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and western Europe.

Our management programs are uniquely structured for each owner and address issues such as crew selection, training, maintenance, payroll, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and more. We support both fully managed and charter managed aircraft, depending upon owner preferences

While our management services tend to be based on either a full-management or charter-management model, there is no “one size fits all” philosophy at Sterling. In fact, the vast majority of programs are built on a blended platform – individually tailored to unique client needs and travel profiles, while providing the level of charter revenue desired.
