Your Own Aircraft and Crew

Nothing offers a greater sense of security than familiarity with the aircraft you fly on, and a personal relationship with the crew that flies and maintains it. Sterling takes great pride in providing this security.

Sterling’s 30 pilots and flight attendants are among the most experienced and highly trained in the private aviation industry. We require as minimums 4,000 hours of total flight time and 2,000 hours as pilot-in-command (PIC) for any Sterling captain, and 2,000 hours total time and 500 as pilot-in-command for any Sterling first officer.

Our pilots undergo aircraft-specific full-motion simulator training at Flight Safety International. Our maintenance technicians are factory-trained, and all maintenance is performed in our FAA Part 145 repair station in Milwaukee or at factory authorized service centers. Plus, recurrent in-house training keeps our crews up to date on all regulations, security and safety advisories.

Sterling Aviation is ARG/US Gold Rated for safety.
