All Sterling flights include complementary onboard snacks such as crackers, peanuts or chips, and a choice of soft drinks, water, juices and beer. A continental breakfast tray and coffee are offered at no charge on early morning departures. In addition, a variety of hot and cold items including appetizers, entrees and desserts are available at a small charge, along with special brands of beers, wines and other beverages. Sterling offers many pre-selected menu items and welcomes special requests. View Hot Catering Menu | View Cold Catering Menu Our large cabin jets have full galleys with conventional and microwave ovens, and some models of our mid-cabin jets are equipped with microwave ovens or warming ovens for heating food. When flying in other aircraft, it may be preferable to consider cold menu items. In-Flight Entertainment: Many of our aircraft are equipped with full DVD entertainment systems. On other flights, portable DVD players are available. Luggage: The amount of luggage, sports equipment or other baggage that can be accommodated varies considerably by aircraft, and soft-sided luggage is always recommended. Generally, turboprop and light jets will have 40-50 cubic feet of baggage capacity, mid-cabin jets 30-80 cubic feet, and large-cabin jets more than 100 cubic feet. For comparison, the trunk of a full-size sedan typically has 15-18 feet of capacity, and a full-size SUV has about 50 feet of cargo capacity with the first and second row seats in place. See full specifications for all aircraft in the Sterling fleet, including baggage capacities. Pets: Rules on travel with pets vary, depending on the preferences of each individual aircraft owner. In most cases, pets will need to be in a carrier. For questions on catering or other amenities, please contact your flight coordinator or our aviation concierge.
